I spend more money than I make.
I have $10000 in credit card debt.
I do not have a 6 month savings cushion in case something terrible happens.
None of this is OK, and it ends now.
I intend to chronicle my journey to financial OK-ness here. Most likely I'll include some numbers. I believe that our society's general secrecy about money reinforces bad saving and spending habits.

I'm in the exact same position - I owe about the same. I want to pay a few of them off. It sucks, but maybe we can exchange ideas here to give each other support as we sit at home NOT spending money :)
ReplyDeleteDefinitely! It just takes discipline and accountability. And there are lots of free things to do, especially in Orlando.
